It happens. I was in same boat and sold. It will take time to re build that revenue and beyond that the multiple will remain depressed until there is a greater perception of “quality” from the market
Thank you Nick, I agree it will take time to re-build the revenue and the uncertainty created around customer retention doesn't bode well. However after thinking about it longer, I decided I will hold my shares at least until we get more guidance from management. I think the share price overswung to the downside and Payfare still has a good scalable business model, but only time will tell.
